Just a quick update. I am in Jamaica and the internet connection here is WAY too slow to do much of anything. I finished the good good pig on the plane and I have my review about half written, as well as a Jamaica travelogue in progress for my travel blog. I’m probably eating more than I should, but trying to focus on salads and I’ve been getting a lot of exercise. I will start updating my weight, calories, books, etc., when I get back. I need to concentrate on fun while I am here!
